Amrutham Virgin Coconut Oil

Virgin Coconut oil is a truly unrefined coconut oil from organic coconuts. Coconuts are used fresh from the farms in Kerala, which is the land of coconut palms. Testing done in independent laboratories reveals a 50% - 57% content of lauric acid. The fresh coconut meat is shredded (wet milled), and then cold-pressed to make coconut milk, and the oil is then separated and filtered. No chemical or heat treatment is used, and this oil contains no tarns fatty acids. It provides protection against harmful microorganisms and can also be used as a good massage oil.

Uses

It can be directly applied to the skin as a conditioner and absorbed easily by the skin. It finds aplication in the manufacture of Natural Soaps and skincare products. It finds application in removel of dandruff.

It can be used as a carrier for all types massage oils, especially that for infants.

Virgin oil is abundantly rich in Lauric Acid, which is found in mothers milk. Lauric acid raises immune system of the body. It also renovates the digestive system by killing various parasites in the system. Lauric Acid is know for its antifungal anti bacterial antiviral properties.
